NO SMOKING on or in our properties & units.
Small dogs under 25 pounds are allowed in rooms 123, 125, and 126
Minimum age of Primary Renter is 25 yrs. and Primary Renter must reside in the unit for duration of reservation.
NO Spring Breakers, parties, excessive noise or illegal activity on the property.
NO exceeding a unit’s maximum capacity and NO additional persons (includes adults, children & infants) from those specified in the reservation are allowed to stay in a rental unit.
Quiet Time Daily 10:00pm – 9:00am.
All Guest(s) must leave on scheduled departure date no later than check-out time of 10:00am unless other arrangements are approved by the office prior to the departure day.
Siesta Palms by the Beach reserves the right to assign accommodations of equal or greater quality at one of our other properties.
